Mind Shifting Workshop: Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings for the Mind Shifting Workshop are non-refundable. By completing your payment of R250, you acknowledge that no cash refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

2. Session Credits: If you cannot attend, we offer a full session credit in the form of a unique coupon code (R250 value). This credit is valid for 3 years (as per the CPA) and can be used for any future Mind Shifting Workshop or Session.

3. 48-Hour Notice Period: To qualify for a session credit, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the workshop start time.

4. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that life happens. If an emergency or illness occurs within the 48-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle these instances on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, still issue a session credit.

5. Substitutions: You are always welcome to send someone else in your place at no extra cost. Please simply notify us of the new attendee's name before the session begins.
